不同叶面肥对金钗石斛幼苗生长和药用成分含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为明确不同叶面肥对金钗石斛幼苗生长和药用成分的影响,在金钗石斛幼苗栽培基质上设置不同小区,喷施不同种类的叶面肥后,测定金钗石斛幼苗形态指标、多糖和石斛碱的含量。结果表明:不同叶面肥对石斛幼苗生长效果不同,喷施沼液肥效果最好,与不施肥相比,茎粗增加33%、根长增加67%、株高增加29%、分蘖数增加75%、叶片数增加79%、茎节数增加54%、产量增加67%,根多糖含量增加93%、茎多糖含量增加110%、叶多糖含量增加68%、茎部石斛碱含量增加156%。无机性叶面肥1、叶面肥2和多元素复合肥的施用效果差于沼液肥。所以喷施沼液肥能够显著促进金钗石斛幼苗的生长和药用成分含量的提高。 To explore effects of foliage fertilizers on growth and medicinal composition in the seedlings of Dendrobium nobile Lindl, seedlings cultivated in substrates were sprayed by different leaf fertilizers, and morphological index, contents of polysaccharide and dendrobine in the seedlings were studied by plot experiment. The results indicated that the growth of the D. nobile Lindl seedlings was various with different foliage fertilizer treatment. The application of biogas slurry was the best comparing to the control with the diameter, root length, height, splits, leaves, nodes and yields increased by 33% ,67% ,29% ,75% ,79% ,54% and 67% , respectively. Meanwhile, polysaccharide concentration in the root, stem and leaf increased by 93% , 110% and 68% , respectively. Dendrobine concentration in the stem increased by 156% . The inorganic leaf fertilizer 1, 2 and multi element compound fertilizer were also improved the growth and medicinal composition in the D. nobile Lindl, whereas biogas slurry was more effective. Therefore, the application of biogas slurry could obviously promote the growth of D. nobile Lindl and increase the medicinal composition.
