摘要
本文采用MTT法检测斑蝥素对前列腺癌PC-3细胞增殖的抑制作用,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态,研究斑蝥素对前列腺癌PC-3细胞体外增殖的抑制作用。结果表明,斑蝥素能明显抑制前列腺癌PC-3细胞的增殖,且在浓度为1、2.5、5、10、15、20μmol/L时,呈现浓度和时间依赖性;斑蝥素作用前列腺癌PC-3细胞24、48、72 h的IC50分别为9.91、4.07、1.40μmol/L。可见斑蝥素对前列腺癌PC-3细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用。
In this paper we investigated the inhibitory effect of cantharidin on proliferation of prostate cancer (PCa) PC-3 cells in vitro. The inhibitory effect of cantharidin on the proliferation of PC-3 cells was detected by MTT assay and the morphological changes of the cells were observed by inverted microscope. Results showed that inhibition of the proliferation of PC-3 cells was dose-dependent and time - dependent when the cells were treated by 1,2.5, 5, 10, 15, and 20 μmol/L of cantharidin. After treated by cantharidin for 24, 48, and 72 h, IC50 of PC-3 cells were 9. 91, 4. 07, and 1.40 μ mol/L, respectively. The results suggested that Cantharidin Could inhibit the proliferation of prostate cancer PC-3 cells and induce apoptosis of them.
