地枇杷石油醚层化学成分研究

Chemical constituents from Petroleum ether extract of the Ficus tikoua Bur leaves and stem

本文对地枇杷(Ficus tikoua Bur)叶与茎石油醚层的化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(I)、佛手内酯(II)、齐墩果酸(III)、β-香树脂醇(IV)、α-香树脂醇(V)、西米杜鹃醇(Ⅵ)。其中,α-香树脂醇和西米杜鹃醇为地枇杷叶与茎中首次分离得到。

Six compounds were isolated from the Petroleum ether extract of Ficus tikoua Bur leaves and stem,and the structures were identified by physicochemical analysis and spectral analysis technology. The six cornpounds were identified as sitosterol （ Ⅰ）, bergapten （ Ⅱ）, oleanolic acid （Ⅲ）,β - amyrin （ Ⅳ）, α- amyrin（ Ⅴ）, simiarenol （ Ⅵ ）. α - amyrin and simiarenol were firstly isolated from leaves and stem of Ficus tikoua Bur.
