摘要
在建立元件可靠性增长模型的基础上,考虑变电站寿命周期成本(LCC)中运维成本和故障成本的相应变化,应用状态检修和役龄回退因子的理论,对电气元件的维修策略进行优化分析,探讨检修策略对设备可靠性的影响,从而给出基于LCC的最优检修策略建议。分析认为,惩罚成本是LCC理念与可靠性结合的关键,当设备运行年限过长时,建议不再进行状态维修而应更换新设备,而合理的维修策略能够降低故障率和停电损失成本,进一步减小LCC。算例表明,考虑LCC的状态检修,能够比定期检修更好的节约寿命期成本。
This paper analyzes and optimizes the maintenance strategy of electric components and studies on its influence on electric equipments by establishing component reliability growth model,considering the operation and maintenance cost change of the substation LCC and using the theory of condition based maintenance and age reduction factor,so as to propose the optimal maintenance strategy based on LCC.According to the analy-sis,penalty cost is the key factor to combine LCC concept and reliability.If the equipment operates too long, this paper suggests replacing them instead of condition based maintenance.Moreover,reasonable maintenance strategy can decrease failure rate and outage cost and further more reduce LCC.The case study indicates that condition based maintenance taking LCC into account can save more cost than periodic maintenance.
