原型启发论是创造性构思的一种重要方法。许多成功的作品都或多或少受到各种“原型”的启发。原型启发有两种表现形式：一为灵感，一为类比。原型启发的内容十分丰富并不限于单一。从众多的实证中，可以区分出若干种不同的启发类型。
