摘要
采用集中质量法建立了2K-V型减速机的30个自由度动力学模型,每个构件有1个转动自由度和2个径向平移自由度,共3个自由度,并研究轴承刚度以及构件径向振动对系统特性的影响。通过实例求解自由振动方程,计算出一阶固有频率。对自主研发的样机进行固有频率测试,对比计算结果与实验结果,验证了所建模型的有效性。
A dynamic model of the 2K-V reducer of 30 degrees of freedom is established by using the method of lumped mass.Each part of the system has three degrees of freedom: a rotational degree of freedom and two radial translational degrees of freedom.The factors of bearing stiffness and the lateral vibration of each part of the system are considered,which can affect the performance of the whole system.The first-order natural frequency is calculated by solving the vibration equation.An experiment on the reducer is made by testing the natural frequency of the prototype,which verifies the validity of the model by comparing the calculated results with the experimental results.
