摘要
在对天津市16所职业学校进行问卷调查的基础上,剖析了当前职业学校教师的职业道德素质、师范技能、专业知识水平、技术实践能力和科研能力,阐述了当前职教师资能力水平现状和需求,并提出了发展建议,以期为职教师资能力的提升寻求路径,为将来构建职教师资能力体系模型和评价系统奠定基础。
Based on the questionnaire of the 16 vocational schools in Tianjin,the present condition of vocational education teachers' ability is analyzed in this paper,which consists of professional ethics quality,pedagogical skill,professional knowledge level,technical practice ability and scientific research ability,and finally some development proposals are offered.The aim is to seek the path for vocational education teachers' ability,and lay the foundation for vocational teachers' ability system model and evaluation system.
