该文通过武汉同济医科大学附属同济医院大型、高层门诊科研楼的设计及使用，分析、探讨高层问诊大楼的垂直交通设置和分科布局原则提出进一步重视和改善公用部分的设计，扩大病人公用面积占用的比例，是改善门诊病人“就医环境的重要因素之一通过智能化及社会化的应用和管理，更使医院的医疗效率迈上新的台阶。
