摘要
绩效管理是一个包含设定绩效目标、设计绩效方案、实施绩效考核、反馈考核结果、运用考核结果的完整过程。如何合理运用绩效考核结果是其中一个关键的环节。目前,在中等职业学校班主任的管理工作中都比较重视绩效管理工作。但班主任绩效考核结果的运用还存在着绩效考核结果运用单一、绩效考核结果没有反馈等问题。针对存在的问题,要采取相应的措施——多方面运用考核结果,建立有效的反馈机制,建立多元的考核主体,健全、完善相关的配套制度。
Performance management is an integrated system, including setting performance objectives, design performance plan, implements performance appraisal, feedback assessment results, and the use of assessment results. How to reasonable using the performance appraisal result is one of the key link. Currently, the class teachers in secondary vocational schools are more concerned in the management of performance management. However, there were some problems still existed in the use of teacher performance appraisal results, such as using a single performance appraisal results, performance appraisal results without feedback and so on. Proper measures must be taken to solve these problems, such as using the assessment results in many aspects, establish effective feedback mechanism, diversify the assessment main body, and perfect the relevant supporting system.
