地区用地竖向规划是开发建设地区为满足道路交通、地面排水、建筑布置和城市景观等方面的综合要求,对自然地形进行利用、改造、确定坡度、控制高程和平衡土石方等而进行的规划设计。部分地块在开发过程中面临竖向规划不明确的问题,周边局部路网已成形。该文总结了片区内地块竖向规划设计的内容和方法,并对设计中涉及的情况进行分类分析。其内容对今后的竖向规划建设起到一定的借鉴作用。

The vertical planning of regional land is the planning and design to utilize and reconstruct the naturallandform,definetheslope,controltheelevation and balancetheearthwork in developmentconstruction regions in order to satisfy the comprehensive requirements of road traffic,ground drainage,architecture layout and urban landscape.The partial land is faced with the indefinite vertical planning during the development,and the surrounding partial road network has been formed.The article sums up the contents and methods of vertical planning design of lands in the areas,and classifies and analyzes the matters involved in the design.The contents can be referred for the vertical planning construction in the future.
