摘要
介绍了乌鲁木齐市自然气候特征和水资源匮乏现状,阐述了将雨水作为第二水资源对于干旱缺水的乌鲁木齐市的重要意义,结合乌鲁木齐市自然地形、地质条件并以明华街西巷道路雨水生态利用工程为例,分析了城市道路雨水收集利用的有利条件和产生的效益。结果表明,乌鲁木齐市城市道路进行建设生态排水系统实现雨水利用从技术、经济和可实施性等方面完全可行,对缓解半干旱地区缺水压力和改善生态环境具有明显效果。
The article introduces the natural climate feature and the short water resource situation of Urumqi,sets forth the important meaning of taking the rainwater as the secondary water resource for the drought and water shortage in Urumqi.According to the natural terrain and geological condition of Urumqi and the Minghua Street Xihang Road Rainwater Ecological Utilization Project,the article analyzes the favorable conditions and produced benefits of collecting and utilizing the urban road rainwater.The result shows that it is completely feasible to construct the ecological drainage system of urban road and to realize the rainwater utilization in UrumqiCityfromtheaspects of technology,economy and implementation.It is obviously effective for relieving the water shortage pressure of semi-drought area and improving the ecological environment.
