修订奥运规划,建设北京奥运双中心

On Modifying Olympic Planning and Constructing Olympic Bi－ centers in Beijing

通过对北京规划部门和其他著名专家所建议的奥运选址方案的比较分析，提出南北奥运双中心的建设格局，阐述了建设南部奥运中心所具有的优势，认为环境、交通等问题不是建设南部奥运中心的障碍。并进一步提出以南部奥运中心为主轴的“中心突破，两翼带动”的北京南城发展模式。

Through analysis on the Olympic site selection proposals by Beijing Urban Planning Bureau and some famous experts, this paper brings forward a new layout of southern and northern Olympic bi－ centers.Then it explains the advantage of southern Olympic center, for which factors such as environment and traffic are not obstacles for its construction.In the end, it puts forward a development model of“ Central Acceleration with Wings Speeding up” for Southern Beijing.
