摘要
该文针对硫磺作为改性剂可以替代部分沥青降低混合料成本,且高温性能较好,但其水稳定性存在不足。为分析硫磺改性沥青混合料水稳定性的影响因素,通过室内试验研究了硫磺掺量、拌和温度对硫磺改性沥青混合料水稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着硫磺掺量的增加混合料水稳定性下降,结合车辙试验,推荐硫磺的掺量为30%;拌和温度对硫磺改性沥青混合料水稳定性的影响非常大,推荐拌和温度为140℃。为改善硫磺改性沥青混合料的水稳定性,应使用胺类和非胺类抗剥落剂,水泥等碱性填料则会降低其水稳定性。
The sulphur as the modifier can replace the partial asphalt for the reduction of mixture cost and the better high-temperature performance,but its water stability is insufficient.In order to analyze the influence factor on the water stability of sulphur modified asphalt mixture,the article studies the influence of sulphur content,mixing and temperature on the water stability of sulphur modified asphalt mixture by the laboratory experiment.The result shows that the water stability of mixture reduces with the increment of sulphur content.The sulphur content is recommended by 30% according to the rut test.The influence of mixing temperature on the water stability of sulphur modified asphalt mixture is very great.The mixing temperature is recommended by 1400C.In order to improve the water stability of sulphur modified asphlat mixture,the amines and non-amine anti stripping agent should be used.The alkaline stuffing of cement and etc.will reduce its water stability.
