This paper researched how to use the ＂beer game＂ in the teaching process of supply chain management for better teaching results. From fund savings and practical point of view, it put forward using Excel to simulate the beer game, designed excel - based beer game simulation model based on a combination of different factors, and inspired students thinking actively by the progressive models, so that students learnt the simple and advanced supply chain management thinking in a fun and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
