江阴市医疗机构放射防护现状及改进策略

Radiological protection status and improvement strategies of medical units in Jiangyin City

目的通过调查了解江阴市医疗机构放射防护现状,以促进医疗机构进一步改进放射防护措施,从而减少放射危害。方法 2011年1月—2012年12月,通过现场检查、监测、询问防护情况、填写调查表等方法,了解医疗机构放射防护现状,并对卫生检测资料及检测结果进行综合分析。结果该市有从事放射诊疗的医疗机构50家,持有放射诊疗许可证45家,持证率90%;检测防护设施80台,占应检测的100%;监测合格率为93.8%,从业人员健康检查率为91.6%,放射防护培训合格率为99.3%,规范使用个人剂量监测仪的占93.5%,从业人员持证率为88.9%。结论该市应加强对医疗机构进行有关法律法规和放射防护知识的宣传和监督管理,改善防护设备,提高对从业人员的防护意识,保障患者及公众的安全,减少放射危害。

[ Objective ] To promote medical institutions to further improve radiological protection measures through investigation on their radiological protection status in Jiangyin City. [ Methods] The radiological protection status of medical units was investigated through field inspection, monitoring, protection inquiry, questionnaire survey from January 2011-December 2012. And comprehensive analysis was made on the health inspection data and test results. [ Results] There were 50 medical units with radiology in this City, and 45 had radiology permits, the permit rate was 90% ; 80 protection facilities were tested, with 100% in necessary; the qualified rate of surveillance was 93.8%, the health examination rate of employees was 91.6% ; the qualified rate of radiological protection training was 99. 3%, 93. 5% used personal dose monitor correctly; the permit rate of employees was 88. 9%. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of relevant laws and regulations and radiological protection knowledge and inspection on medical units in this City, to improve protective facilities, to improve protection awareness of employees , to protect the safety of patients and the public, so as to reduce radiation hazards.
