某型氧烛供氧装置高原供氧应用效果分析

Analysis on the effect of plateau oxygen supply of oxygen supply device of a certain type of oxygen candle

目的观察某型氧烛供氧装置在海拔4 500 m的高原低氧作业环境条件下的使用效果,探讨其对人体作业能力的影响。方法在海拔4 500 m高原作业环境条件下,将18~20周岁的受试人员分成试验组和对照组,每组20人。试验组通过某型氧烛供氧装置吸氧1 h,对照组不吸氧,采用动态连续血氧饱和度测试仪监测各受试人员的血氧饱和度与心率的变化,并进行对比分析。结果试验组和对照组受试人员吸氧与不吸氧时血氧饱和度分别为93%±3%和80%±3%,心率分别为（82±10）和（100±12）次/min。结论该型供氧装置在高原作业环境中供氧效果显著,有利于提高作业人员的血氧饱和度,减慢作业人员心率,对维持作业人员的作业能力有效。

[ Objective ] To investigate the application effect of oxygen supply device of a certain type of oxygen candle at an altitude of 4500m of the plateau low oxygen work environment, explore the influence on operational capacity of human. [ Methods] At an altitude of 4500m of plateau work environment conditions, the subjects aged 18-20 were divided into experimental group and control group, 20 people in each group. The experimental group took in oxygen for an hour hy oxygen supply device of a certain type of candles oxygen, while control group didn＇ t take in. The change of oxygen saturation and heart rate of subjects were monitored by dynamic oxygen saturation meter and analyzed. [ Results] The oxygen saturation of subjects in experiment group and control group were 93 ± 3% and 80 ± 3%, and the heart rate were （ 82 ± 10 ） and （ 100± 12 ） beats per minute respectively. [ Conclusion] The oxygen supply effect of this oxygen supply device in the plateau work environment is remarkable. This device is helpful to improve the oxygen saturation, slow the heart rate, maintain the operational capability of the operating personnels.
