鸦胆子油软胶囊联合肝动脉插管治疗肝癌的临床应用

The clinical research on brucea soft capsules combining with transhepatic arterial embolization in the treatment of liver cancer

目的探讨鸦胆子油软胶囊联合肝动脉插管治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法选取肝癌患者130例,随机分为试验组(67例)和对照组(63例)。对照组患者实施肝动脉插管治疗,试验组患者在肝动脉插管基础上给予鸦胆子油软胶囊治疗。结果试验组患者治疗有效率(83.6%)稍高于对照组(79.4%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者的6个月和1年生存率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗3个月的生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+3/CD+8和NK细胞水平均明显高于对照组,躯体功能、症状/副作用和总生活质量得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油软胶囊联合肝动脉插管治疗方案能够提高肝癌患者治疗效果,减少骨髓抑制,改善患者生活质量和预后。鸦胆子油软胶囊口服给药,使用方便无痛苦,是一种理想的治疗药物。

Objective To investigate the effects of brucea soft capsule combining with transhepatic arterial embolization in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with were randomly divided into two groups, 63 patients in the observed group, 67 patients in the experimental group. Patients in the observed group were treated with hepatic artery and patients in the experimental group were treated with brucea soft capsules combining with transhepatic arterial embolization. Results The effective rate （83.6%） in the experimental group was higher than that in the observed group. Six month and one year survival rate were in the experimental group were also higher than that in the observed group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Three month survival had no significant difference between these two groups （P 〉0. 05）. After treatment, the cell level of CD3 ,CD4 ,CDs ,CD3＋/CD8 and NK in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the observed group. Physical function, symptoms/side effects and overall quality of life score in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the ob- served group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Brucea soft capsules combining with transhepatic arterial embolization therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce bone marrow suppression, improve patients＇ quality of life and clinical outcomes. Brucea soft capsules were used through oral administration. It was convenient and had no pain. It is an ideal treatment choice.
