摘要
目的探讨造成脑瘫患儿的遗传性病因。方法外周血淋巴细胞培养、G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果 55例患儿染色体核型分析,30例染色体有多态性异常改变。结论脑瘫病因与遗传因素有关。
Objective： To explore genetic factors of the cerebral palsychildren. Method： The peripheral blood lymphocytes from the cerebral paly children were cultured and analysed by the G-band technique. Results： Of the 55 cases, 30 cases showed chromosome polymorphism abnormalities. Conclusions. chromosome polymorphism abnormalities are one of the important reasons for cerebral palsy.
