摘要
目的探讨计算机职业对精子DNA完整性和精子参数的影响。方法将就诊的860例男性不育患者分为计算机组和非计算机组,将520例正常生育组做为健康对照组。采用SQA-V全自动精子分析仪进行精液常规分析,精子DNA完整性检测采用精子染色质扩散试验(SCD),以DNA断裂指数(DFI)表示。结果计算机组和非计算机组的精子密度、活动率、前向运动率和DFI与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);计算机工作者组的精子活动率、前向运动率、精子密度及和DFI与非计算机组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组的精液量、精液pH值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期使用计算机可以影响精液质量,从而导致男性不育。
Objectives: To explore the effect of occupational computermen on male sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters. Methods: 860 cases of male infertility patients will be divided into computerrnen and non- computermen, 520 control cases were recruited for the study: sperm parameters were analysised by fully automated SQA-V sperm analyzer; Sperm DNA integrity was evaluated by sperm chromatin dispersion (SCD) , and the results were expressed interms of DNA fragmentation index (DFI) .Results: A significant difference in the concentration and mobility and forward mobility and DFI of sperm between 3 teams (P〈0.05) . A difference in the concentration and mobility and forward mobility and DFI of sperm between computermen and non- computermen (P〈0.05) .But there is no difference in the semen volume and PH between 3 teams (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: Computermen affect routine semen parameters and sperm DNA integrity and result in male infertility.
