精子DNA碎片率与体外受精实验室结局的关系 被引量:5

Relationship between sperm DNA fragmentation rate and IVF laboratory consequences

摘要 目的初步探讨精子DNA碎片率、精子核蛋白不成熟度与体外受精实验室结局的关系。方法对2013年5~7月在我院行IVF治疗的男性患者行精液常规、精子DNA碎片率及精子核蛋白不成熟度检查,利用spearman相关分析探讨它们与IVF受精率、优胚率的关系。结果精子DNA碎片碎与男方年龄正相关,与前向运动精子百分率、优胚率负相关,与IVF受精率无相关。精子核蛋白不成熟度与精子浓度、正常精子百分率负相关,与IVF受精率、优胚率无显著相关。结论精子DNA碎片率检测对预测IVF优胚率有一定的临床意义。 Objective: To preliminarily explore the relationship btween sperm DNA fragmentation rate, sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate and IVF laboratory consequences. Methods: Inferile males who received IVF treatment between May and July 2013 in our hospital were examined on conventioal sperm parameters, sperm DNA fragmentation rate and sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate. The relationship between each other sperm parameters was analysed, especially between sperm quality parameters and IVF laboratory consequences. Results: Sperm DNA fragmention rate showed a positive correlation with male age, a negative correlation with the percentage of progressive sperms and good quality embryos, and a not significant correlation with IVF fertilization rate. Sperm nucleoprotein immaturity rate showed a negative correlation with sperm concentration and the percentage of normal sperm, a not significant correlation with IVF fertilization rate and the percentage of good quality embryos. Conclusion: Sperm DNA fragmentation rate testing has a certain significance to predict the percentage of IVF good quality embryos.
