阿坝藏族羌族自治州儿童全血5种微量元素正常值的确立

The establishment of normal value of 5 trace elements concentration in whole blood of children in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

摘要 目的建立阿坝藏族羌族自治州儿童全血中5种微量元素含量数据库,并分析其与年龄、性别、民族的相关性并确定其正常值范围。方法采集3,089例健康体检的0~14岁儿童全血标本,其中男1700例,女1389例,将其分为4个年龄组:0~1岁组860例,1~3岁组1001例,3~6岁组937例,6~14岁组291例,对总体样本及不同年龄组、不同性别、不同民族儿童微量元素进行分析。结果通过统计学分析,Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe 4种微量元素的含量存在民族差异,其中汉族、藏族Zn含量与样本平均值比较存在显著差异;羌族Ca含量与平均值比较存在显著差异;藏族、羌族Mg含量与平均值比较存在显著差异;汉族、藏族、羌族总体样本全血Fe含量与平均值比较存在显著差异。结论阿坝州儿童全血钙、镁、铜、铁、锌元素含量与正常参考值比较均存在显著性差异(P〈0.05);通过3089例健康儿童的全血微量元素测定,确定阿坝州儿童全血5种微量元素正常值范围。 Objective:To establish the data bank of 5 trace elements in whole blood of children in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. And analyze the relevance to ages, sex or nation, and establish the normal value of 5 trace elements concentration. Methods: Collection 3089 whole blood sample of healthy children from 0 to14 years, category all samples (1700 male and 1389 female) into 4 groups according to the age. Analyze 5 trace elements of total sample and different groups of age, gender and nation. Results: Zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron have significant difference in difference nation except cuprum. Zinc has significant difference between Han and Tibetan, calcium has significant difference between Qiang and total samples, magnesium has significant difference between Tibetan and Qiang, and compare with total samples, iron has significant difference in Han, Tibetan or Qiang. Conclusion: These 5 trace, elements in whole blood have significant difference between Aba and other area (P〈0.05) . And we established the normal value of 5 trace elements in whole blood of children in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture through 3089 samples.
