摘要
介绍了一种自主研发的免机械调试的数控弹簧机左、右旋弹簧切换机构及其实现方式,分析比较了其与现有弹簧机左、右旋弹簧切换机构的优势。特别适用于卷制大线径弹簧。
A self-developed spring rotational direction switching mechanism without mechanical commissioning on CNC spring machine and its realization are introduced. Its advantages are analyzed and compared with the existing technology. This switching mechanism is especially applicable to the manufacture of large diameter coiling spring.
