摘要
针对茂名石化公司常减压装置实际运行中存在的常压炉效率较低、排烟温度高等因素进行分析。利用水热媒系统回收热量来预热加热炉空气,针对热管式空气预热器存在的问题对其进行了改进。通过实际运行,证明各项工艺技术指标及设备运行参数均达到设计要求,提高了加热炉的热效率,降低了运行成本。
The atmospheric pressure kiln of atmospheric-vacuum unit in Sinopec Maoming Co., has the disadvantages of inefficiency and high temperature discharge smoke. The heat medium water system is used to retrieve the heat which is helpful to warm up the air of heating furnace. The heating furnace is improved to solve some problems existing in heat pipe air preheater. The heat efficiency of heating furnace is improved, the cost of operation is decreased.
