摘要 针对某设备重要部件中一个压缩螺旋弹簧进行了可靠性设计,虽比应用常规设计方法复杂费时,但能够保证既满足预期可靠性指标,又消除了保守的不合理设计,实现"把可靠度直接设计到零件中去"的目标。 The mechanical reliability design of compression coil spring, which is one of the key components of a device,is analyzed. Though mechanical reliability design method is more complicated and time-consuming than the conventional ones, it ensures that the product can not only meet the need of expected reliability, but also eliminate some conservative and unreasonable design, thus the reliability is directly put into the design of the product.
