摘要
连杆螺栓的装配工艺直接关系到发动机的安全性能。设计开发了连杆螺栓专用装配设备。依据某型轿车发动机连杆螺栓的装配工艺要求,利用连杆螺栓专业装配设备,进行了螺栓装配试验,确定了基本装配工艺。试验结果表明能够满足该型连杆螺栓的装配工艺要求。
The assembly technology is directly concern with the safety performance of engine. The professional assembly equipment for connecting rod bolts is developed. According to the assembly process requirements of the engine connecting rod bolts, the assembly experiment is achieved using the professional equipment. The basic assembly process is determined, which can meet the assembly process requirements of the connecting rod bolts.
