摘要
针对汽车厂家在螺栓选型和装配扭矩的设计上常常照搬经验数据,导致螺栓断裂失效的现象,详细说明了应用扭矩法进行螺栓装配时,螺栓选型的计算流程和装配扭矩的确定方法,并结合具体实例分析计算了螺栓选取参数和扭矩装配值。从计算过程可以看出,摩擦因数是影响螺栓选型和装配扭矩的重要参数,要得到良好的连接性能必须从螺栓的设计、制造和安装等整个过程进行控制。
In the bolt selection and assembly torque design, automobile manufacturers often copies empirical datas which perhaps cause the bolt fracture failure. The bolt selection calculation and assembly torque determination method are proposed. Specific examples are used to verify the bolt selection and assembly torque parameters.The calculation proves that friction coefficient is the important parameter affecting the torque selection and assembly torque value. To obtain a good connection performance, bolt design, manufacture and installation must be controlled.
