摘要
以摆动导杆机构为研究对象,对其建立闭环矢量方程并用解析法建立导杆的角速度、角加速度数学模型,借助MATLAB强大的绘图能力得到其运动规律曲线;基于Pro/E建立同一摆动导杆机构的运动模型,通过Pro/Mechanism模块对其进行运动学仿真得出摆杆的角速度、角加速度曲线;经比较分析,结果表明解析法得到的运动规律曲线与Pro/E得到的曲线完全一致,验证了所建模型的正确性。
The oscillating guard bar mechanism was studied.The mathematical model of the pendulum bar's angle speed and angle acceleration was established by analytics method on the basis of its closed-loop vector equation.The motion law curves of the angle speed and angle acceleration can be obtained using the software MATLAB.The same mechanism's model can also be founded with Pro/E software.Based on kinematics simulation and analysis of the oscillating guard bar mechanism using the software Pro/Mechanism,the motion law curves can be gained.By comparing and analyzing the simulation graphics,the conclusion showed that the motion law curves obtained by analytics method is completely similar to the graphics from Pro/E,which validates the correctness of the established model.
