摘要
抓斗是以抓取泥沙及各种散装货物能启闭的斗,颚板是抓斗工作装置的主要承力构件。文中采用SolidWorks创建多瓣抓斗的颚板的三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench中,对单一的颚板进行约束模态分析,得到其前10阶固有频率和振型,分析其动态性能。为今后颚板的设计、制造提供了理论依据。
Grab bucket can be opened/closed to scrap mud and various bulk cargo, jaw plate is the main bearing components work device of the grab bucket. SolidWorks is used to build three-dimensional models of jaw plate in multi peel bucket, then import it into the ANSYS Workbench. Constraint modal analysis of a single jaw is carried out, the first ten order natural frequencies and vibration models are obtained, dynamic performance is analyzed. The results provide theory basis for the design and manufacture of jaw plate.
