摘要
磨矿工艺是破碎工艺流程的后续作业,是矿石变为炼铁成品的最后一道工序。磨矿工艺的目的是使矿石中有用成分与无用部分分离,同时避免矿石的过分研磨,使半成品达到选别作业前标准的粒度,为选别作业回收矿石中有效成分提供有力条件。文中应用变频器和可编程序控制器,对给矿量、分级溢流浓度和磨矿浓度等实施自动控制改造,以期达到提高和稳定磨矿作业能力,保证磨矿产品的品位和粒度。
Grinding process is a continuation of the crushing process, which is the last procedure of processing ores.Grinding process is used to separate the useful components from the useless components in the ore. The ore should not be grinded excessively, and particle size should meet the standard requirements of sorting process so as to choose useful mineral from the ore composition. Frequency conversion technology and PLC are used in the automatic control of ore, grinding concentration,the concentration of graded overflow. The stable grinding ability is realized to ensure grain size and grade qualification rate.
