摘要 依据谐响应分析的力学基础,模拟机械手丝杆工作的受力情况,借助ANSYS Workbench动力学分析软件进行谐响应分析,得到了丝杆在静载荷与各种不同频率的简谐激励作用下的应力分布与变形情况,通过变形频响函数曲线、应力与变形结果的分析,得出使得等效应力与变形最大的频率响应值,为丝杆的传动精度与机械手工作的可靠性提供了一定依据。 According to harmonic response mechanics analysis, the forces working of robot screw were simulated. After harmonic response analysis with ANSYS Workbench, stress distribution and deformation of screw were obtained when it was under static load and various frequencies harmonic excitation. By analyzing the frequency response function curve,stress and deformation results, the frequency response value was worked out to get maximum equivalent stress and deformation. The simulation results provided a certain basis for the screw's transmission accuracy and the manipulator's reliability.
