摘要
介绍了数字化仿真技术在加工航空发动机典型盘类零件中的应用。利用UG软件CAM车加工功能,针对典型航空发动机盘类零件结构特征进行数控编程。给出了数控加工刀具轨迹的合理走刀路线及数控加工参数的设置办法。
The digital simulation technology is applied in processing typical aeroengine disk parts. By using the software UG CAM, NC programming methods of typical aircraft engine disk parts, the reasonable tool path, parameter setting method, are introduced.
