摘要
重型卡车纵梁是车架的重要组成部件,也是卡车上尺寸最大的结构部件,它是影响车架整体强度和质量的主要因素之一,纵梁孔的高精度与高效性加工一直是各重型卡车生产企业研究的关键技术课题。文中从制造纵梁的材料和现有制孔技术两方面进行探讨,提出采用数控钻孔与传统钻模相结合的新工艺措施,并且将新方法与现有方法进行了对比。
The heavy-duty truck carling is both the important components of the frame and the largest component structure on the truck, which is one of the main factors affecting the integral strength and the weight of the truck's frame. And both the high accuracy and the high efficiency machining the hole on the truck carling are the key technology that all the heavy-duty truck manufacturer are researching. The truck carling and its hole existing processing technology are discussed, then the new process measures to adopting NC drill together with the traditional drilling jig is put forward. The new method and the present one are compared.
