PPH加外痔剥切术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

PPH Plus Dissection ＆ Resection of External Hemorrhoids for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为分析PPH加外痔剥切术治疗环状混合痔的疗效及安全性，将60例环状混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组采用PPH加外痔剥切术治疗，对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗，比较两种手术方法在手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、术后并发症等方面的差异。结果显示，两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量及住院天数、术后肛周疼痛的发生率方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组在肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄及术后出血等方面差异无统计学意义。结果表明，采用PPH加外痔剥切术治疗环状混合痔疗效可靠、安全性好。

In order to analyze the efficacy and safety of PPH plus dissection ＆ resection of external hemorrhoids, 60 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into observation group and control group,30 cases for each group. Observation group received PPH plus dissection ＆ resection of external hemorrhoids,while control group underwent conventional external dissection and internal ligation. Both groups were compared for operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, hospital stay, postoperative eom plieations. The results showed that both groups has significant difference in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, hospital stay,and the incidence of perianal pain（ P〈0.05）, and no significant difference in anal margin edema, anal stenosis and postoperative bleeding. It is concluded that PPH plus dissection resection of external hemorrhoids is effective and safe for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
