利尿汤配合电针治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留初探

Decoction for Diuresis Combined with Electro-acupuncture in Treatment of Urinary Retention Following the Surgery for Hemorrhoids and Fistula

为探讨治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留的有效方法，对124例痔瘘术后尿潴留患者采用口服利尿汤配合电针穴位治疗。结果显示，治愈74例，显效22例，有效18例，无效10例，总有效率为91．9％。结果表明，利尿汤口服配合电针穴位治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留有显著的疗效。

In order to discuss an effective method for urinary retention in postoperative hemorrhoids and fistula, 124 cases with postoperative urinary retention received the decoction for diuresis combined with electro-acupuncture. The results showed that 74 cases got cured urination, 22 cases got obviously improved, 18 cases improved,10 cases showed no response,the total effective rate was 91.9%. It is concluded that decoction for diuresis combined with electro-acupuncture is obvious effect for postoperative urinary retention in hemorrhoids and fistula patients.
