摘要
依据现有穿孔机顶杆预旋转装置的实际使用情况,300穿孔机的设计中应用了一种新型的预旋转装置。该装置的上压辊机构和驱动辊机构进行了改进,使结构更合理,更利于实现自动化。
According to the actual use of the existing piercer top rod re-rotation device , a new re-rotation device is used in the φ300 piercer designing .The upper roll mechanism and driving roll mechanism of the device are improved, due to the structure is more reasonable , more conducive to automation realization .
