摘要
采用粉末冶金自由烧结工艺制备出锡青铜基自润滑复合材料 ,对该类复合材料的力学性能与摩擦磨损特性进行了研究 ,从固体润滑剂角度就其室温与 45 0℃自润滑机理进行了分析与探讨 .研究结果表明 ,该类材料在室温至45 0℃温度范围内具有良好的机械性能与摩擦磨损特性 .XRD分析结果显示 :在室温下磨损表面形成的含石墨、Pb和Sn O2 的复合膜是其具有润滑性能的主要原因 ;在高温下则由石墨、Pb2 O3和 Cu O组成的复合膜起主要润滑作用 .
Bronze matrix self-lubricating composites were prepared by sintering in the with furnace hydrogen. The mechanical and tribological properties of the composites were investigated on a pin-on-disk test rig. The self lubricating mechanism of the composites was analyzed with emphasis on the effect of the solid lubricants. The results show that the composites exhibit good mechanical and tribological properties at the temperature range of room temperature to 450°C. The XRD analysis of the worn surface of the counterpart AISI 1045 steel disk shows that the transfer film composed of graphite, Pb and SnO2 formed on the worn surface at room temperature can improve the tribological behavior of the composites. The improved tribological behavior of the composite at 450°C is attributed to the transfer film composed of graphite, PbO2O3 and CuO.
