赫特维希上皮根鞘在生物性牙根构建中的作用研究进展

摘要 牙根发育是以一系列外胚层及相关神经源性间充质之间的上皮间质相互作用为特征的,赫特维希上皮根鞘(Hertwig’s Epithelial Root Sheath,HERS)参与牙根的发育,并发挥重要作用,尤其在牙骨质发育过程中的作用越来越受到关注,近年来有不少关于HERS生物学特性和在牙根发育中作用的研究。本文就HERS的组织结构特点、其在根部牙骨质形成中的作用,以及它的转归种的作用作一综述。
