摘要
卷绕成形是一种能够制造功能性零件、效率高、成本低可直接应用于工业生产的材料添加制造方法 ;其原理是通过一根或数根具有一定廓形的带材的卷绕形成零件主体部分 ;卷绕成形工艺的适用材料范围广 ,可以是金属、塑料、纸、纤维织物等 ;给出了卷绕成形加工的定义及工艺过程、适用范围、信息模型。
To solve the major problem of additive fabrication, this paper puts forward a new process to produce functional parts, especially metal parts, named Rolling Shaping Process (RSP). In RSP, the main body of the part is rolled up by one or more strips. The strip is called Roll Laminated Strip (RLS). This method can be used directly in industrial production with high efficiency, low cost and no special material needed. It acts as final process or rough machining of a part. This paper introduces the definition, procedure, information model, key equipment of RSP and applications. At last, it surveys the related research on the topic briefly.
