摘要
本文用高效毛细管电泳法对9种混合丹酰氨基酸的分离条件进行了探讨。实验条件为:运行缓冲液20mM硼酸钠缓冲液,内含130mM的十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),pH9.1;工作电压:22kV;电流:146μA;检测波长:214nm;测定温度:20℃;以气压方式进样3s,9种丹酰氨基酸获得了完全分离。
A method has been developed for the determination of DNS-AAs by Micellar Electrokinetic Chromatogra-phy.The measurements were carried out at 20℃ and in a buffer containing 20mmol/L Sodium borate, 130mmol/L SDS at pH9.1, at 22kV running voltage applied to a 55cm× 75μm i. d. (50cm effective length) untreated fused-sili-ca capillary.Samples were introduced atmospherically with an injection time of 3s.The 9 DNS-AAs were determined by a UV detector at 214nm.The 9 DNS-AAs were separated completely.
