基于STEP标准的滚动轴承信息建模

Establishing Model Based on STEP Standard for Rolling Bearing Information

知识资源的信息集成是加速产品开发速度 ,提高产品设计的自动化水平的关键。信息集成中一个主要方面是产品信息建模。即如何以一种通用、标准的格式来描述产品模型的信息 ,以便产品的信息模型可以快速、直接应用于任何系统。本文针对上述问题 ,以滚动轴承为对象 ,以STEP标准为基础 ,建立了滚动轴承的EXPRESS信息模型 ,提出了产品建模的三个层次和产品模型的特征描述方法 ,为现代设计中产品模型的信息集成 ,知识资源的快速利用提供了基础。附图 2幅 ,参考文献 4篇。

The integration of knowledge resources is the key for speeding product development and improving automatic level of product design. While an emphasis issue in information integration is the modeling of product information. That is how to describe the information of product model using a standard, general format, so that information model of products can be used for any systems, quickly and directly. According to these issues, based on STEP standard, an EXPRESS information model of rolling bearing is constructed. The three layers of product modeling and the feature describing method of product model are represented. The works provided fundation for integrating information model of product and utilizing knowledge resources quickly.
