摘要
本文分析了国内外磨削领域的发展动态,在分析外圆磨削过程最佳化理论的基础上,建立了外圆切入磨削过程最佳化的数学模型,设计了计算框图和计算程序,并对一个典型外圆切入磨削零件进行了优化计算,通过数据处理得出了对生产实践有一定指导意义的结论。
This paper analyse the developing tendencies of grinding in the world. Onthe basis of analyse the process of external cylindrical grinding and the theoryof optimum, establish the mathematic model of optimum for the process of exte-rnal cylindrical grinding, And design a calculating picture and calculating prog-ram. It calculate a typical workpiess optimum of external cylindrical plungegrinding, By treating the data, the result with instructing meaing on productionpractice was attained.
