分析了电网高压避雷器存在的安全隐患,对阻性泄漏电流进行了风险辨识,提出了改善现有泄漏电流检测方法、集中自动在线监视等措施,促进了电网、变电站以及高压用电场所安全、可靠和经济运行。

The hidden danger existing in power grid high-voltage lightning arrester was analysed, and risk identification for resistive leakage current was made. Corresponding measures,including improving the current detection method for leakge current and centralizing automatic on-line monitoring etc.,were put forward to promote the safe,reliable and economic operation of substations and high-voltage power utilizing sites.
