基于Bellcore标准的电力通信保护切换装置可靠性研究

Research of Power Communication Protection Switching Device Reliability Based on Bellcore Standard

采用Bellcore标准,对电力通信保护切换装置可靠性进行预测与分析。建立了保护切换装置元器件与单元的失效模型,计算出保护切换装置的失效率,进而给出保护切换装置可靠性预测的过程及方法。通过分析保护切换装置的可靠性,能够及时发现保护切换装置存在的故障及隐患,确保电力系统安全、稳定运行。

Bellcore standard was adopted to predict and analyse the reliability of power communication protection switching device. The failure model to protect switching device components and unit was established to calculate the failure rate of the device,and then the reliability prediction process and method of protection switching device were put forward. By analyzing the reliability of protection switching device,fault and risks can be found timely,which ensures the safe and stable operation for power system.
