＂Chuanyou 673＂ was demonstrated as middle-season rice in Dehua County. Its averaged yield was 602.85 kg per 667 m2 which was higher than control variety ＂ 1I you 936＂ by 4.42%. It need to pay attention in some culturing measures including low density planting in time, culturing strong seedling with more tiller, transplanting in suitable period, enough basic seedlings, formulated fertilization, scientific water management and comprehensive control of diseases and pests.
