摘要
综合研究了影响轴承使用寿命的材料因素、控制方法及获得高寿命状态时材料应具有的各项性能指标、显微组织状态。结果表明 :淬回火后理想的材料显微组织是平均含碳为 0 .5 0 %~ 0 .5 6 %的隐晶马氏体与 9%左右分布均匀的残留奥氏体和少、小、匀、圆的未溶碳化物组成。并介绍了控制这些因素的措施。附图 10幅 ,参考文献 9篇。
The material factors influenced service life of the bearings, its control method and microstrcture are studied comprehensively. The results show that after hardening and tempering, the ideal micrestructure should consist of the hiding crystal matensite whose mean carbon content is 0.5%~0.56% and about 9% residual austenite and unsolvable carbonide which is little , small, unifomity and spherical. The countermeasure controlled these factors is introduced.
