In this paper, the submission of an international manuscript is used to reflect the application of refined management in the editing processes by international academic journals. All control points in the refined management are listed and explained. Refined management used in editing processes can play a vital active role in enhancing the manuscript editing efficiency, reducing human errors and preventing academic misconduct.
