摘要
文章以G电力设计院为例,通过对该设计院开展国际工程风险管理的实践与经验分析,阐述目前电力设计院在开展国际工程业务初期阶段中所遇到的风险和主要防范措施,从而可以看出,国际工程的风险并不是不可控的,通过风险管理制度和有效的防范措施,风险是可以预测、防范、减少、化解或适当转移的。
With the case of G Power Design Institute, this paper analyses the practices and experiences of risk man- agement in international projects, expatiates on the risks encountered and the main countermeasures by Power Design Institutes nowadays in the preliminary stage of engaging in international projects. Therefore it is concluded that the risks in international projects is not uncontrollable. The risks may be predicted, prevented, decreased, dissolved or transferred properly through risk management system and effective countermeasures.
