浅议聚脲弹性体材料在山口岩水利枢纽工程上的应用

Brief Discussion on Application of Polyurea Elastomer in Shankouyan Hydro-complex

聚脲是一种新型防水涂料,可以很方便地在立面、曲面上一次性喷涂施工,同时,聚脲弹性体材料施工时不受环境、温度、湿度影响,可满足苛刻环境的防水应用要求。通过对山口岩水利枢纽工程上游坝面采用大面积喷涂聚脲弹性体材料,较好地解决了坝体混凝土防渗问题,施工质量较好,满足了设计及合同规定的要求。

polyurea is a new waterproof coating, which can be sprayed at elevation and surface conveniently and can meet waterproof requirements in harsh environments; meantime, the construction of polyurea elastomer is free from the environment, temperature and humidity impacts. The large-area spraying of polyurea elastomer on the upstream dam surface of Shankouyan hydro-complex has very good construction quality, which solves the seepage problem of dam body concrete and meets the designed anti-seepage requirements.
