摘要
以长岭─株洲成品油管道泵站和机泵设置为例,介绍了离心泵串并联的特点,并对某单批次管输任务的三种配泵方案进行了水力计算和计算结果的比较,提出了成品油管道泵机组配置的一些要点,以供长输管道运行与管理人员参考。
Taking the Changling-Zhuzhou oil pipeline pump station and pump set as an example,the characteristics of centrifugal pumps in series and parallel were introduced,and the hydraulic calculation of three pump schemes for a single batch pipeline transportation task were canned out and compared.Some key points of the product oil pipeline pump unit configuration were proposed,providing reference for long distance pipeline operation and management.
