摘要
通过对员工情绪异常的表征和产生原因的分析,并以加油站的具体事例表明情绪异常会对加油站安全造成不良影响,应高度重视,引入安全隐患管理,以人为本,采取有针对性的方法、措施进行预防和控制,以保证加油站的安全经营。
Through the analysis on staff s abnormal emotion representation and causes,the adverse effects of abnormal emotion on the safety of gas station are proved with actual cases of gas station.Corresponding measures can be adopted to prevent and control the effect in order to ensure safe operation of gas station.
